While I found the chandelier on line, I ordered by telephone in order to get the information I needed. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. The chandelier arrived ahead of schedule and I just had it installed. It is even more beautiful than it looks on line and from seeing the electrician's work, very easy to install.

I only gave a 4 for the materials and construction, because it is a relatively moderate priced fixture, but given its price, it should get a 5.

Lighting Universe gets five stars from me.
The chandelier and the overall experience five stars as well. I will not hesitate to recommend Lighting Universe to anyone without any reservations whatsoever. Next time that I need a lighting fixture, I will definitely do business with this company.

easy to put together- however the glass shades do not sit tightly in their base causing the fixture to look crooked. One glass shade was not of acceptable quality but the manufacturer did send another. Overall, because the glass shades do not fit tight, this fixture is over priced. $80 retail value more reasonable.

We were having a difficult time finding a nice looking antique brass fixture locally so we looked on line and found this one. the picture looked good and when it arrived it was exactly as we expected. We are pleased with the result and it looks god in the dining room. It would be nice to have a choice of colors for the glass though. we would have preferred the white rather than the bronze.
